Autographed and inscribed first edition of the full partitur Dessau’s masterful arrangement of Mozart’s Quintet in E flat major, KV 614.  Dessau took this quaint work of hausmusik and turned it to a fully orchestrated modern symphony.

The Austrian composer autographs a photograph to a collector and then pens a four bar musical quotation of the 2nd Act death scene from his opera, “Dantons Tod”.  The early post war opera was successfully premiered at the Salzburg Festpiele in 1947.
